- Service
- Sales
The process begins with understanding the unique challenges and defining the right requirements to solve them, developing a tailored business model and setting up the technical framework.
During the engineering phase, a prototype is built and put into testing at the customer site. This hands-on approach allows to get feedback quickly, make improvements, adjust requirments and ensure that the end product meets the needs effectively.
Finally, in the series phase, the refined project gets turned into a finalized product ready for use. This includes creating detailed technical documentation and providing training to service and sales team members so they can fully support the product.
